The calculator gives you an order of magnitude for budgeting. The actual quantity is set per project, based on the soil and site conditions.
Preliminary laboratory tests
As per the technical approval, the first step is analysing the on-site soil through preliminary laboratory tests. These confirm soil compatibility and underpin the treatment mix design.
Final dosage per project
The actual ROAD//STABILIZR® and DUST/BLOKR® dosage is set from the laboratory results, the design layer depth and the traffic class. The calculator estimate is adjusted accordingly.
Order and delivery
Products are ordered from Canada in 20 L drums or 1,000 L IBC containers: up to 1,000 L arrives by air in 7–10 days, larger quantities arrive by sea in 40–45 days. Prices are available on request.

About the estimate and ordering
How accurate is the calculator estimate?
The estimate is indicative, starting from Cypher's official baseline of 1 L of ROAD//STABILIZR® per 33 m³ of compacted soil and from indicative DUST/BLOKR® rates per m². The final dosage is set exclusively through preliminary laboratory tests, per project, which is why we recommend calling us before final budgeting.
Why does the soil type matter?
ROAD//STABILIZR® targets soils with high clay content: the product modifies the clay particles, which become a flexible binder that locks aggregates in place. Silty and especially sandy, non-cohesive soils may require larger quantities or mix adjustments, confirmed through laboratory analysis.
How do I order the products?
Contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your project data. The commercial process: negotiation, firm contract, order, proforma invoice, payment, then delivery with fiscal invoice and dispatch note. We hold no local stock: products ship from Canada by air (≤1,000 L, 7–10 days) or by sea (40–45 days).
