The products
Enzyme-based Cypher Environmental products with technical approvals in Romania. They use the material already on site, with no mass excavation and no imported aggregates.
Soil stabilization
Semi-permanently bonds clay particles and turns local soil into a dense bearing layer with increased CBR and reduced permeability. Freeze-thaw stable.
Dust control & waterproofing
The ecological alternative to corrosive chlorides: suppresses dust durably, does not get slippery when wet and rejuvenates with moisture. U.S. EPA Safer Choice certified.
The procedure
We analyse the on-site soil (cohesive or non-cohesive, per SR EN ISO 14688-2) and establish the optimal dosage.
The solution is diluted in the compaction water and mixed into the soil layer using standard equipment.
The stabilized layer is waterproofed and protected against dust.
The road can open right after final compaction. On paving projects, ballast and asphalt follow per the technical design.
