2. Estimates and the dosage calculator

The calculator available on the website provides strictly indicative values, computed from the official dosage published by the manufacturer. The results do not replace preliminary laboratory testing, professional design work or the assessment of actual site conditions (soil type, moisture, traffic).

Final product quantities and the technical solution are established only after a concrete analysis of the project and are confirmed by contract. We accept no liability for purchasing or design decisions taken solely on the basis of the website's estimates.

3. Intellectual property

The content of the website (texts, structure, graphics, logo) belongs to Sistem Construct 2007 SRL and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written consent. Quoting with attribution is permitted.

The Cypher Environmental, ROAD//STABILIZR® and DUST/BLOKR® trademarks, and the related materials, belong to Cypher Environmental and are used on this website with Cypher Environmental's consent, in our capacity as exclusive official distributor for Romania.

4. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the website is free of errors or interruptions. Actual product performance depends on site conditions, on following the application technology and on factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sistem Construct 2007 SRL is not liable for damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this website.
